The ICMS™ industry proven, continuous feedback loop provides the highly specialized data required to evaluate and fine-tune all other vendor and in-house systems.

"ICMS provides us with a sophisticated tracking and search capabilities that a financial institution of our size needs" - James Mackerer, Senior Vice President, 2.5 billion, Hudson River Bank and Trust Company

"I've watched LCS grow from its inception" "ICMS has catapulted from a more basic case management tool to a broad-based loss prevention tool with the capabilities to quantify information for case management, fraud analysis and compliance requirements". -Jim Zardecki, senior vice president of Sovereign Bank.

'Before we had ICMS, we were using our own home-grown case management system," said Mary Dishong, director of security loss management for Waypoint. Using an Access database, Dishong said the "old" method of case management became a problem when it came time to pull reports. "We had to retype everything into separate WORD documents if we wanted to send a report to law enforcement officials."

Using ICMS, Dishong said suspicious activity reports (SARs) are instantly completed and information can be imported into reports that can be directly sent to law enforcement officials. "Within one month of using the system, we noticed we were more organized as a department," said Dishong. "Without a doubt, ICMS has enabled us to be more productive and more organized."

According to Dishong, who has been with Waypoint for eight years and was using the Access database for four years, the results of using ICMS have been so positive that Waypoint's ATM department is using ICMS as well.
