Loss Control Solutions is dedicated to the
continous improvement of all products and services and believes that customers
play a vital role in that process. LCS has sponsored an annual conference
where customers can share their experiences within the industry and with
LCS products. Industry issues are discussed along with how LCS products
address these changing needs. Current product features along with future
and requested projects are discussed and reviewed with the attendees.
Prior to leaving the event, each attendee has the opportunity to ask questions
of LCS and other attendees on how to address their specific needs using
LCS products. One highlight of the event is the Customer Appreciation
dinner where LCS staff has the opportunity to recognize specific clients
with "special" awards.
